ASP.NET - Any good Project Management tool ?

We have team of size IT department.
We ar looking for Project mangement tool to plan,initiation ,project scheduling ,task tracking everything should be der.

Anyone can suggest best tool to use ??

I would go with MS Project - now it has support for agile development.
