ASP.NET - How to display single dynamic image in asp.net image control?

The ASP.NET Image control requires an ImageUrl that points either to an actual image, or to a WebHandler that will output an image. So for example, it's ImageUrl property could be "~/imageHandler.ashx?Id=32"
