ASP.NET - How to create a new .aspx page by clicking a button at runtime?

from admin level, if admin wants to add new page it have to be allowed.
for that,
i wish to add new aspx page to my website folder by clicking a button at run time.

An ASPX page (and optionally its associated .cs codebehind class file) are nothing but text files. It should be no problem to generate and save one or two text files on a button-click event.
