ASP.NET - setup of C#.net3.5 window application with database sql server 2005

Dear Sir/madam,
As I am very new in this technology, and I have made a windows application in C#.net 3.5 with sql server 2005.I also made the setup from vs2008 wizard, But I can not configure Server (such as Amit/SQLEXPRESS). Is there any way to make the setup that automatically configure the server name when I install the setup onto client system.
Please send me the step by step process.
Please help me.

You can put the connection string in the app.config file and it will be deployed in your setup.
