ASP.NET - Open popup while page load with code behind in aspx.cs page

Hi ,

I have a website. while the user loginned all reminder messages should popup. i dontknow how to code for this. help me please. also i attached ajaxcontrolToolkit in my page. All tools are added in the toolbox. but icant drag the controls to the page. How can i resolve these two isssues?
