ASP.NET - Use of jquery in masterpage

I am using jquery with masterpage in asp.net 4. but it is not calling properly. It is nicely working in simple webform but when we use jquery with child element it is not working.

When you use the Master and Child Page Concept.You need to define the jQuery library in the Master Page and directly write the code in the Child Pages.
Can you please elobrate your problem?

It is showing "Jquery Undefined" Error...Tell me correct way to use jquery with masterpage

Yes this is because of path of jquery files, first check that the path which you are giving to add jquery files that should be valid.
