UAC can be good for developers |

I agree that I don't need UAC protection because (a) I know what I'm doing and (b) I'm the only who uses my machine and (c) I'm not stupid. But I a big part of UAC is developer feedback: it lets the developer know when their app is doing something a limited user may not have rights to do. Yes, I've never not clicked straight through the UAC dialog, but I definitely would stop and notice if it popped up while running an app I'm developing. UAC gives me a lot of value in that regard.
