Error messages that barely show up in Google |

Thanks so much for this article. I tried to implement this script
(modified a bit for the backup destination, of course), but get errors
that look like this:
ERROR: Selected writer 'ASR Writer' is in failed state!
- Status: 7 (VSS_WS_FAILED_AT_PREPARE_BACKUP)
- Writer Failure code: 0x800423f4 (<Unknown error code>)
- Writer ID: {be000cbe-11fe-4426-9c58-531aa6355fc4}
- Instance ID: {3700a103-e7f8-4008-80f0-bc91528ae80b}
None
of this (the words, the error code, the status, etc) seems to show up
much in Google, and I have no idea how to fix it. Does anyone have any
