Connecting Vista with Server

Hi Every1


I am using Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition and I hv 40 Clients with XP operating system. Its running fine but problem is I am not able to connect any Vista Professional clients PC to my server. What could be the reason? 


One more thing our office hour is 8AM to 6PM. Full day server works nice but only after 5 PM users get hard time to save and open their worked files from server. Sometime it takes too much time to open Map drives. Sometimes users have to log off and log on again to access in server thru map drive. I use to take backup at 11 PM. I am using Trend Micro worry free bizness edition. It scans at 6 PM. So there is no chance of getting slow for backup and antivirus.


 


Please anybody can help me out?
