Processing time with ProgressBar

Hello thank u for your replys infact i've gone through these but i cudn't get synchronize with the process of my operation, i mean let me tell u guys clearly as i've been converting a file from one format to the other in the mean time my progressbar should show according the process when the process is being finished then it should say 100% coverted !!
