Hi,
consider the following case.
**first time she edit an user and upload the file
**Second time select the same user edit but should not upload the file
** In this case the user details should be update but not the file
** Right?
** According to your code, if she did not choose the file the empty file name will be update to the db. the old file name will be lost
to over come this
you should not update the file name when ever the file is not choosed
