System.Printing Namespace of .Net supports Printing and Stapling options. Check this link - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.printing.stapling.aspx

Also check your printer settings or ask the printer manufacturer to provide the escape sequences you've to programatically pass for printing and stapling.
