Invalid binding handle |

Hi,
I tried to build a solution, and I got this error. See below.
"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.
The binding handle is invalid."
How can I resolve this issue? In the past, I was able to build this solution properly. I dont know what caused it to fail this time.
