Convert your formula as this, it'll work.
"=pull(" & " ' " & """" & mfpn & wsn & "'!" & ct & ")"
1. Convert all double quotes you want to come inside the formula with """"" (Four dbl quotes)
2. Separate your single quote from the string and add it as " ' "
