Refresh All automation

Hi Sundar, thanks for the reply.  I do want to hardcode the filename, but the Refresh All command brings up the Import Text File dialogue box, not the Open dialogue box.

I'm not sure if it matters, but the file that I am trying to refresh from is a fixed width text file, not a csv.

Here's how I'm working.  I first manually import data using the import external data command from the toolbar.  I need to create a macro that uses the Refresh All command from the External Data toolbar.  This command refreshes the data from the text file.  It's just that when you execute the Refresh All command, it brings up the Import Text File dialogue box.  In the code, I would like to hard code the path and filename instead of having to have the user search for the file and click on the import button.

I hope this clears things up.  Again, thanks for your help.

Seth
