Excel Looku with 2 Data Columns NOT containing digits

I would like Excel to give me an Output  in a designated field coming from a Column C, depending on which values are in Column A and B.

The Values from A and B I enter in a two other designated fields, then Excel shall output the corresponding value in Column C according to the Column A and B value pairs.

I have one table A with the following values:
AMPE
BOLE
JUER
HEMA
HEMA

In table B the following ones:
BS
BS
SS
BS
SS

In table C the following ones:
Address AMPE BS
Address BOLE BS
Address JUER SS
Address HEMA BS
Address HEMA SS

What I want to do know, I choose one value from Column A, one value from Column B, and the formula should output the corresponding value from Column C.

If possible, I would like to do it NOT using VLOOKUP.

I was researching a lot but things like SUMPRODUCT only work if the value in the Target Column is a number.

Is there another way?
