Header & Table

I have created a document that has a header (2nd page different from 1st) and my table starts on the 1st page.  It now overflows to the 2nd page and is not dropping down under the 2nd page header but overlays the header.  The table is continueous with 2 columns (1-date, 2-project info).  I can not figure out what is causing this, have tried everything I know of.


Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
