Dear all,

Could you please let me know how the versioning mechanism works in the sharepoint document library in WSS 3.0?

I have a another doubts i.e  if i have a document with size of 10kb which has 3 versions in version history. How would sharepoint store its documents size in database?

Does it store with 10kb*3(versions)= 30kb in database?

Your help is highly appreciated.
