Project 2007 Server

Hello, 


In microsoft project server 2007 can I create seperate project centers, so as to divide certain project that belong to one initiative from those that belong to another?


For example, I create a work space call Projects A, and I create a second workspace called  Projects B, can each workspace have it's one project center as opposed to being able having them all place in one project center.
