Multiple SharePoint Servers

I have a SharePoint server in Domain_A and also one in Domain_B. 


I have to install a new SharePoint server in Domain_A and migrate the server from B to the new server.


My problem is I do not to want create a farm and I don't want any connection between the 2 !!!


Is this possible or will they recognize each other.


Hopefully somebody can help me, thanks in advance
