Business Contact Manager
Lotus Lotus posted at Tuesday, November 03, 2009 1:54 PM

How do you export/import the categories created in BCM on one computer to another?

I followed the export/import process and transfered the contacts to another computer and the categories show up to delineate the contects. But when I click on 'Edit' -> 'Catagorize' I do not see the 50 categories that make up my contacts. I only see the 6 default colors.

Anyone know the easiest way to get the categories to show up so that I can categorize new contacts.

Lotus
