Can you increase the number of appointments you can SEE in one time slot?
Fran Davidson posted at Wednesday, November 04, 2009 12:56 PM

I can only view a maximum of 5 appointments in one time slot in outlook although the calendar allows me to make more than 5 appointments.

I use outlook to keep track of facility rooms booked and if I have more then 5 rooms in use at any one time (eg from 6 to 8pm) I can loose sight of what's on which can be dangerous!- any help is appreciated.

I have tried a variety of views including day per view (I prefer weekly view) , increasing the size of the viewing window.

Any help is appreciated as Ive run out of ideas....
