C# .NET - Problem in GridView

Hi Friends,

               still am getting the same problem after included the paramater with type

in Database, the data type of

         SYSNO - Number

        PSNO - varchar2(10)

so i have mentioned in that parameter as follows

<asp:paramter name="PSNO" type="String">

<asp:paramter name="SYSNO"  type="Int32">

But still am getting the same erroe like Illegal Name/Number

Hi,

you are trying to update the primarykey filed in the table.. or unique key field... which is not allowed in gridview... try to create a update query through sql  data source... thei will help you to update the fileds except primary key field....
