I created a distribution list. It shows in my contacts.
When I click the TO in a new message, it does not show for me to select.
Also, I selected "Share my contacts" to set it up for others to use, but did not seem to work.
I even attached it to an email to someone and they added it to their contacts and cannot send an email to it.
