C# .NET - IE 7 crashes when printing

I have an application where we use Iframe through out the application.some of the users are experiencing IE crash when they try to print.Any solutions or suggestions will be really helpful



It could be a StyleSheet issue.

When you have a separate stylesheet file for your Print purposes, then you could well be facing the Print Spooler - Memory leak issue.

Some troubleshooting tips & workarounds -

Even before you open IE, right click Internet Explorer icon and choose Run as Administrator. This has helped some folks avoid the problem - http://www.vistax64.com/vista-general/189156-ie7-crashes-when-attempting-print.html

If that doesn't work, try Internet Explorer without Add-ons - Start Menu > All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If this works, then you can troubleshoot your normal IE connections by selecting Tools menu -> Manage Add-ons -> Enable or disable Add-ons.
