How to connect biometric attendance machine to sql db 2008? I want to connect biometric machine to sql server 2008.

There are some third party dll which support biometric machine data reading so you can use that third party dll and connect that machine to you c#.net application once you connected successful and get data in your application you can easily insert such data into sql server database or anywhere you want to store it.
