C# .NET - Visual studio.Net problem with C# project

Hi ,
To ask my question I have to write this long story.
First I had installed Visual studio.Net framework with .Net framework beta 1.0 from 4Cds package. When I install this product it shows that it is installing Visual studio 7.0 professional version.
Now when I found new version of .Net framework 1.1 beta is available I uninstalled the whole product including visual studio.net framework and installed latest version of .Net framework. After that I installed Visual studio.Net framework again from my CD thinking that it will find new version of .Net framework on my computer. Installation was successfull.
Now when I try to make new C# project it gives me following 2 messages
1) Project could not be opened because language specific compiler could not be instantiated. Re-install Visual studio. 
and when I click ok it shows another message 
2) .Net assembly 'system' could not be found.

I think visual studio is not able to find compiler on my computer so should I add folder path containing C# compiler to system PATH(environment variable). What would be that folder kindly let me know.
What else should I do so that Visual studio can find system assembly ?

is not backwards compatible with VS.NET 1.0.
You'll have to either get yourself a copy of the Every VS.NET final beta, or
reinstall .NET Framework 1.0 (you can have both 1.0 and 1.1 framework installed
together)

From where can I get a copy of the Visual studio.Net 2003 (Everett) ?
Does .NET Framework1.1(Everett) Beta come along with it as a package or I have to install it separetly before installing Visual studio.Net 2003(Everett) ?
