Microsoft Excel - Sorting, Sub-totaling and again sorting sub-totaled data..

Hello everyone.  I'm new to Excel 2007.  I'm looking for solution.  I need to sort my data having 1000 Rows.. on A, and then sub-total it on the basis of Colum A. Now in level 3 (sub-total), i need to sort data between the sub-totals.

I've sorted data on Days, then sub-totaled it Each change in "DAYS" count "NAME" an then sort on CLASS.

I wud appreciate if somebody could help me... thanks     

Would a pivot table work for you?  It won't show you the data that makes up the subtotals, but it will allow for multiple levels of subtotals.
