Exchange Server - Exchange Account.

I am using exchange server 2007 enterprise SP1.
 
I want configure my exchange 2007 account become temporarily "locked" when they receive more then 3 times bad password attempts in a period of 5 minutes.

The will self-unlock in 30 minutes.

Please help me.

You should do this via a "Domain policy setting" , and in particular you need the LockOutThreshold and other badPasswordFields. 

You can more info on the TechNet article titled "Details of Account Lockout Settings and Processes" on how to configure the domain policy and about each of the setting that may need to add in the domain policy setting.
