IIS - users are randomly getting an error

users are randomly getting an error, IIS Log is showing status=400 and sc-win32-status=64, while HTTPERR.Log is not showing the same statuses. The thing that is most problematic is "its random"

I'd try a couple of things

1) have a basic ASP page that doesn't do any logic except that could write out the date

2) Enable FRT (failed request tracing)

3) Look in the httperror logs

%systemroot%\system32\logfiles\httperr and see if anything is there.

Thanks for your reply, but we have IIS 6.0 installed not IIS 7.0, so in this case what to do?

this issue is random, about one case out of 200. IP address is already set to (All Unussigend) and the issue is on client machines not on server machine.
