Lounge - Does anyone have a report template for a DIFOT report?

Overview

The DIFOT report shows actual versus scheduled deliveries and whether delivered in full or not.

Report Selection Criteria

• Product Class Range
• Delivery Date Range
• Customer Range

Report Options

• Summary or Detail

The detail report will be sorted in customer/product/original request date order and will print one line for each delivery.

The summary report will be sorted in customer and product class order and will print one line for each customer and product class combination.

At the end of the report, for both detail and summary mode, a new page will list the following totals:

• An item is considered on time if it was delivered on or before the original scheduled shipment date.
• Total line items ordered and total quantity ordered.
• Total number of deliveries and total delivered.
• Percentage of orders delivered on time in full compared to original request date and scheduled ship date.

  i.e. Number of complete on time deliveries as a percentage of total number of order lines. This will only include partial deliveries for an order line where they are all delivered in time. In such cases, the multiple partial deliveries will be counted as a single delivery

  AND

  Quantity delivered on time as a percentage of total quantity ordered.

• Percentage of orders delivered in full within 2 days of the original scheduled ship date and within 2 days of the scheduled ship date.

  i.e. Number of complete deliveries as a percentage of total number of orders. This will only include partial deliveries for an order line where they are all delivered in time. In such cases, the multiple partial deliveries will be counted as a single delivery
• Percentage of orders delivered in full within 7 days of the original scheduled ship date and within 7 days of the scheduled ship date

  i.e. Number of complete deliveries as a percentage of total number of orders. This will only include partial deliveries for an order line where they are all delivered in time. In such cases, the multiple partial deliveries will be counted as a single delivery.

• Percentage of orders part delivered, whether in time or not
