Lounge - My hotmail account states it is blocked, what can I do to resolve this

Hi all,

My email states it is 'blocked' and states that a code will be sent to another of my previous email addresses however, I no longer work there and can not access that address. Also, the mobile phone that I had linked to my account has changed (many years ago) and I cannot receive messages on it - can't even remember the number (even if this was an option).

Has anyone got any suggestions or is this a scam?

1. Login to the secure Hotmail login page at https://login.live.com/
2. Login from another computer to http://account.live.com/

10. If you use Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox instead. Download and install the latest Firefox  http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/firefox/ and then use Firefox to go to Hotmail.com
11. Check your Anti-Virus software and make sure it is up to date. If you do not have an anti-virus program I recommend installing Avast personal edition http://www.avast.com/.
12. Update and run your anti-spyware program. 14. Reset your web browser privacy and security settings to the defaults.

17. Instead of using the webmail interface try reading your Hotmail with
