Lounge - pdf to ebook convertor

hi..

i am having a pdf file and that pdf contains buttons and hyperlinks and checkboxes controls..

now i need to convert the pdf file into ebook.
after converting the pdf file to ebook the controls like buttons,hyperlinks and checkboxes should work..

is there any tool available to achieve this..

need ur suggestions...
