Hello, I was trying to create a "to do" Checklist for tasks we do in our department with time stamping. We wanted create a list with check boxes and when the user marks the task as completed by checking the box, OneNote would automatically add the date and time stamp next to the item just like when you press "alt-shif-f". Does anyone know how to do this in OneNote? Thank you in advance for any and all assistance One Note Discussions OneNote 2007 (1

I am looking for a way to get the "insert date and time" function to include seconds. The help file indicates that OneNote uses the system date and time settings to determine the format for the date and time stamp it uses (i.e. it is the same as the format shown in the Systray). However, my system date and time settings are "HH:mm:ss", thus including the seconds ("time sample" also shows seconds). If OneNote supported macros I would simply create a macro w
Is there a way that I can change the default OneNote template? (the white ruled one with a date and time stamp)? I basically want a different template to show up every time I create a new section and not have to set a default template for every section. I found the BLANK.ONE file in the OneNote Stationary folder and changed the first page (Blank - default), except it still doesn't change section, or go new -> blank template, I still get the old one. :-( One Note Discussions OneNote 2007 (1) Outlook 2007 (1) SubSeaGuy (1) SchorrYou (1) Powertoy (1) Teachers (1) Schorr (1) Roland (1) What version of OneNote are you using? - - -Ben- Ben M. My web research capture data from internet sources (e.g., company CSR data from websites) which are date / time sensitive. I'd like to take a clipping, and then be able to use that clipping as a 'source' or 'tag' for the actual data, including the date / time stamp, which I am storing in an Access database. If you paste content into OneNote there is a date / time stamp on that created content. OneNote does not integrate with Access, but I suppose you could
I am using OneNote 2007, having upgraded from 2003. I have a problem / question about the time and date stamp on each page. Not sure if I'm overlooking something or not but I'd like to be able to just insert the time at the beginning of a note entry instead of the date and time. Is there a way to do this? My reason for asking is that I am using the Journal Powertoy for OneNote 2007 which I really like. During the day I might make numerous entries into the notes on phone conversations, etc and I'd like to be able to insert the time just before each entry.
