OWA Reply to Email Sends Garbled Characters

Using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007 SP2.

One user having issues on OWA when he sends a reply to an email occassionally the receiver gets a garbled message with symbols like a heart, Chinese looking characters and rectangles.  I am unable to paste the example into this post.

Hi Cathy,

The same issue has happened to some other users also. It is not a common error.

So they are not able to resolve the issue soon. Some trouble shooting is happening. I went through the below mentioned link. They have clearly mentioned why this error is happening . It will definitely be some kind of help for your issue.
