Outlook - Business Contact Manager

How do you export/import the categories created in BCM on one computer to another?

I followed the export/import process and transfered the contacts to another computer and the categories show up to delineate the contects. But when I click on 'Edit' -> 'Catagorize' I do not see the 50 categories that make up my contacts. I only see the 6 default colors.

Anyone know the easiest way to get the categories to show up so that I can categorize new contacts.

Hi,

You may have missed out some processes in transferring business data from one comp to another. So you can again get the guide of this link and get your issue resolved. It is a good url for helping out with outlook issues.
