I can only view a maximum of 5 appointments in one time slot in outlook although the calendar allows me to make more than 5 appointments.
I use outlook to keep track of facility rooms booked and if I have more then 5 rooms in use at any one time (eg from 6 to 8pm) I can loose sight of what's on which can be dangerous!- any help is appreciated.
I have tried a variety of views including day per view (I prefer weekly view) , increasing the size of the viewing window.
Any help is appreciated as Ive run out of ideas....

How to use Out of Office if no Exchange Server? Outlook Hi guys, I've been trying to tell a friend how to set up an 2007 because according to the help file, you need an Exchange Server to use this facility. Surely not?! How do normal home users set up out of office messages when they know her password and to be honest, resetting this will cause difficulties for her in Outlook and I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible. This friend is heading to get this sorted for her - she is VERY computer-illiterate. I am not very Outlook-literate but she still comes to me for help. Please help me help her? AS 4 began the deletion of IP syncing with Outlook which VPN is a subset of. Most realized it as WiFi sync being gone. You still sync via VPN or WiFi or dialup to an Exchange Server, but not to Outlook. For that you need a relatively direct connection, USB, BT. There is no solution, short of an Exchange server or hosted Exchange services. The facility to connect in this fashion just does not exist in AS. Note that there is a significant difference in using AS to sync with Outlook, which doesn't support IP sync, and using the AS conduit via USB to pass Thank you for the clarification. Are there any plans to re-enable IP synching with Outlook? Are there any 3rd party solutions? Using Exchange is just not an option for me you John No, won't work.
