Outlook - Help Files not loading

Hi,

I have a problem that has cropped up.  I have listed this under Outlook, because I use that the most, but I have the same problem in any one of the Office programs. 

When I select the Help menu I get an open/save dialog asking if  I want to save an .xml file or search the internet for a program to open it. 

Help option was working fine before and I can't remember how long ago I last accessed help so can't figure out what may have changed.

Your help appreciated.

Hi,

 

It seems that the files may be corrupted or damaged, as you have quoted that it was working fine.

 

So it is better if you find a way to reinstall it.
