Outlook - OLMAPI32 is incompatible with Microsoft Office Outlook

I received the following error message: "The file OLMAPI32 is incompatible with Microsoft Office Outlook. Install Outlook again". I installed Office 2003 and then the Office 2007 upgrade. I am running Windows 7. Please help.
Uninstall and reinstall the OLMapi32 assembly.
Type the following commands in the run menu.
regsvr32 /u olmapi32.dll
regsvr32 /u olmapi32.dll
