I have an interview and they asked me to bring a small PowerPoint sample. Should I make up something or use their company ?

If they have a company template, use it. Of course, you'll want to include your own magic for the main content that shows off your skill. Using the company template lets them picture exactly what your deliverables will look like when you are hired.
