Hi everyone,
I have a newbie question for you guys that Im really hoping you can answer and help me find a way around.
I am running MOSS 2007 and have created a Web Part Page with 2 List View Web Parts. I would like the first to be in Datasheet View and the second to be in Standard View. While these parts will place on the page, I do not have the ability to connect the two and provide row data from the Datasheet View Part to the Standard View Part. While connections are allowed on these parts, all connection options are greyed out.
Is it not possible to connect two list view web parts of different view types? Is there any way to work around this?
I appreciate your help with my rookie question!

I appreciate your willingness to help! While this article speaks about general List View connections, it does not speak to the ability to connect two List View Web Parts in different view types (one in Standard and one in Datasheet View).
Would you happen to know if this is possible? Thanks!

The problem is that I can't nest forms (as a SharePoint page is all contained in a form. . .) and keep the functionality of the second form. This t seem to find a solution to it.
