I have a problem with pdf documents for editing.

I have a pdf document that has links related to another pdf that is in the portal in the same library, access the document using the search link and trying to save the changes will not let me. Take a Message:

"The document could not be archived. The file can be read only or you can have another usuario.Guarde open the document with another name or in another folder"

If I access the PDF documents directly from the library by the Portal, let me edit the documents.

The library has all permissions, versioning active, just what I do I.

I have Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 SP 2 - Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

Hello Sandra ,

Unable to save .pdf files from Adobe Acrobat Reader to the Sharepoint Document Library. This is a known issue and the work around this issueis:

Save the document first to your local computer or to another location and not to a Web folder.

After you save the document, you can copy the file to a Web folder in My Network Places.
