Is there a reason that conditional formatting in a data view displays properly in FrontPage but not when the site is published of the condition statements in the XML but still receive the same results. While I'm not new to Excel, I am new to using conditional formatting, functions and macros within Excel. I'm working on a sheet that tracks certain data info it will go ahead and create a new line with all of the appropriate formatting for each column (several of the columns will have conditional formatting). On a dialogue box (or any other control) you can set conditional formatting that can "Hide" a control based on a condition. . . . so for instance a condition can be: button logic If button A is pressed set attribute1 to 1 Conditional formatting of diplay box If attribute1 = 0 then hide Using this approach means you have an the attribute to 1 when pressed and make sure it defaults to 0.
