VB.NET - Why windows service project takes longer time to load?

Hi,

I am working on a windows service project. It takes longer time to load when we open it in the VS environment. Also, some times I'm getting an error saying that the .exe is being used by another process. This appears even if I open the project directly and try to debug the project.

See my error message:

Error 1 Unable to write to output file 'D:\Seat Utilization Project\SMSMailer\SMSMailer\obj\Debug\SMSMailer.exe': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Thanks for your reply. But, I'm not able to debug the service and some times its very slow. Sometimes its showing the same error message like that '.exe is used by another process.' I'm a newbie of windows service and didn't get the solution. Please help.
