VB.NET - regarding command prompt

i want create batch file which should open command prompt as administrator rights

the command prompt should run as administrator mode..........................................................

startInfo.UseShellExecute = true;            
startInfo.Verb = "runas";
startInfo.Arguments = "/env /user:" + "Administrator" + " cmd";
