VB.NET - Font change for particular cell in datagridview

After attaching the datasource through code  i am trying to change font for a particular cell  for datagridview but it doesn't work.

This code will bold the font in the cell at row 2, column 2:

New Font(originalfont, originalfont.Style Or FontStyle.Bold)
