Visual Basic setup was unable to create a DCOM user account in order to register in VB6?

problem installing on XP

I had developed an apllication in W98, it works perfectly on w95-98-me-nt-2000.
But when installing it on XP the installation gives me many error, mainly on ocx, like RICHTX32.OCX.
I had tried compiling it on XP and make the cab using P&D wizard. Then I installed it with the mentioned error messages.
Any idea?

I tried install visual studio 6 in windows xp, give this error

"Setup was unable to create a DCOM user account in order register <path>\valec.exe"

And message "unsuccessfully installtion ...."

please help me.
