WCF/WF - Windows Installer and Micosoft Outlook

When I click on my Microsoft Outlook icon, Windows Installer pops up a message "Preparing to install..." then another message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package '511974.MAINSP3ff.msp' in the box below. Use Source C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11|Cabs\511974\ ". I can eventually get into Outlook 2002 by  clicking Cancel about 10 times. Help? enda_jmdavitt@eircom.net

You need to find the original installation

MSI and make it available to the program. Something got deleted or altered and it wants to "fix it". For that, it needs access to the original installation source.

you have another issue, since you're specifying Outlook 2002 but the message you specify is OfficeUpdate11, which is Outlook 2003.

I have the same problem, but with Microsoft Office XP Professional with Front Page. It tells me to try "PROPLUS.MSI", but it doesn't work...unlike this person, I cannot get into any Microsoft Office installment (which includes Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...catch my drift?) no matter how many times I click 'Cancel.' Any thoughts on how I can fix that?
