Is it safe to delete cdf_ms files? I have the program Aol Computer check up and  I preformed a duplicate file test and all these files came up. Along with the cdf_ms files, there are also dll files, and manifest files. Are any or all of these safe to delete because they take up a lot of space.

These are programs deployed through the click-once application type. If you remember installing the .net framework for any of the products that you did a one-click install, then these are the files that are dumped by the installation. 

If is better to remove the programs through the Add/Remove programs, and then delete the orphaned files. And also note that it is always advised to create a System Restore Point, and then do such actions. If something goes wrong, just restore the system to a previous state using the System Restore Wizard.
