Windows XP - The recipents are unable to open the attachments when I send them with the emails.

When I send my emails with Attachments, the people are unable to opent the Attachments File. Can you please explain the problem to me and how I can solve it

What file types are you sending?  Are you sure it isn't their anti-virus thinking your attachments are potential threats?
